Short use by date
I’ve ordered a few times and items have always been packaged poorly. This time, the protein bars I received on 16 January 2023 have a use by date of February 2023. Use by date isn’t even visible on some of the bars that came in the same packet and the bars were all loose in the larger delivery box and the protein box was ripped open. It’s now February so the items I bought are out of date already.

Amazing service from these guys
Amazing service from these guys! Ordered twice off the website recently after loving their energy drinks ! Good pricing for the quality and the shipping is phenominal ordered at 10pm Wednesday night was here at 1pm Thursday afternoon ! Can’t beat that really ! And the quality of there products have been superb so will be ordering again!

Although they make great products, I'll stick to buying them reduced from food circle where the product actually turns up after a couple of days and the price is much more reasonable.

Poor Delivery & Communication
I ordered on the 27th December for next day delivery. I have not received my order. I have emailed twice and messaged on social media with no reply. I would have allowed until the new year given the festive period but with no contact or product a charge back through the bank is the only way. Its a shame as I have ordered alot previous with little issue.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service ! Staff rude and patronising . They like to blame things on DPD but this could have been resolved with good customer service . They have recently sacked a lot of staff and unfortunately it’s having a bad impact on the company . Parcel never arrived , no one got back to me once I reached out to them 3/4 times on email, Facebook and Instagram . Customer care is awful never would expect this from a big company . Please avoid avoid avoid !

Ordered 2 boxes for presents in nov still waiting order now says click and collect which I didn't do . Have emailed customer services many times and on Facebook messenger but heard nothing back shocking customer service

Made an order 7 days ago and nothing! Customer Services are a joke 48 hours is their time frame and I've heard nothing! My order now states click and collect?? Appalling Company! Still heard nothing and now going into 8 days. Messaged on Facebook and again nothing! I will never use you again!.

Beware of the "specials" from the grenade website and don't buy in bulk. They love to give you boxes with a few weeks left before the end of their best before date at these times. You're not getting fresh food

Shockingly Bad Customer Service.
Ordered several items 4 days ago and since then I have heard nothing. I would have expected the order to be here by now or at least despatched. I emailed customer service 3 days ago as my order said click and collect, when I did not request this, I have received no reply within the 48 hour stated time frame. This level of customer service is shockingly bad. Won't be ordering fom Grenade.com again.

Short Best Before Date
I purchased one box of Grenade fudge Brownie Bar
One box of Apple Rumble.
Date of Manufacture for Grenade fudge Brownie Bar was 09/12/2021 Best before 12/2022
Date of Manufacture for Grenade Apple Crumble 28/02/2022 Best before 02/2023.
If you're going to sell stock that has very limited Expiry date it should be displayed on website, so the consumer then has the choice on whether to purchase. Although I was given an extra box of Apple crumble for free which i am appreciative of it would be prudent for the business to be honest with their Best Before Dates so the customer can make an informed decision. I will not be purchasing again there are other companies which are consistent and offer longer dates.

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. An order placed in error and tried to reach out to them straight away and non of the costumer service line or service was working. They responded on email after delivering the item. The delivery cost is ridiculously high for small items. I have used other websites and their costumes service was brilliant but will not use them again.

good products but hard work
I like the products but the order process and customer service are terrible. I ordered £50 pounds worth of bars and was offered a free item for spending that amount. When I went to the checkout I applied a coupon I was given for my first order, the free gift was then removed form my order with no notification. I have messaged and emailed but have had no reply. I was basically given a 1st order voucher and then punished for using it!
I filled in the form in their Contact section but when I hit Send it said "form disabled", impossible to contact!!
Rip off and terrible customer service!

UPDATE - heard back from Customer Service and the issue is being resolved
